Grantly was always presented as a misery, tough, harsh and often uncaring. It was really good for his character depth that we saw his soft side, with Fleur, his love and absolute dedication to her.
@@TheFLAMEXD it's a generational thing. These days it's common sense to ask for help but even certain people from just the previous generation found it difficult to accept when they needed financial support because they were brought up to fight their own battles and find the money themselves if they needed it.
@@axelkennedy1940 I had the same problem with season 3, then I continued watching the season and I loved it and season 4. I tried season 5 and didn't like it. I didn't like season 3 at first bc I loved Andrew Treneman as a character and hated Eddie at first, but then I started to like Eddie a lot.
I finished the whole thing after season 7 episode 30 it truly goes down hill and mellows out. Best not to watch these videos might spoil it because the vids will come in ur recommended and the comments.

Grantly never was good at asking for help or admitting his problems!
And Tom. was never good at keeping his mouth shut.
He's from a different generation where people didn't moan and winge about their personal problems
@@jacobmassey3897And because of that, they suffered for it.
