If you don't need the sustain then huohuo is better she gives massive atk% buff which is good for imbibitor since he lacks atk% in traces. Her sustain is not as good as luocha but if u have enough damage to kill the enemies before they kill u then i'd reccomend her for sure. Her ult combined with Tingyun allows for some 0 cycle clears on swarm boss which is hard because the cycle doesn't reset after the 1st wave.
