panu pong outstanding? sa monthly dues po di ko po sure.. dpnde po sa HOA kasi.. hndi ko po sila nkakausap.. sa water & electric.. bka meron din.. mukhang mtagal na na abandoned ang bahay. Sa maynilad at meralco po yun malalaman.
