First, great video and thanks for getting back to me. I really enjoyed the video and it helped me put my bumper on. I was just curious if it can pass safety inspections because the crash bar does not go into the wheel well since the wings were removed. Some states require inspections on a vehicle (TX,NY,NC ETC) but many of those states require require a crash bar to cover the wheel well. Since the OEM crash bar was removed I was not sure. Honestly I already put the bumper on so it’s done now but I was just curious on if it passed inspections since the wheel well crash bar was removed. Sorry if this does not make sense.
It was a pain. I ended up doing it several times to make sure I got coverage. I didn’t really figure out a good way of doing it just sprayed a lot. Sorry I don’t have a better answer. I plan on pulling it off this summer to see how it held up through the winter.
Great video! I'm thinking about painting my c4 also instead of powder coat. I'm not sure the extra cost is worth it. I'm curious how is the bumper/paint holding up? Any rust developing from chips? Looking back would you have rather powder coated it?
It’s holding up so far. We are on a multi state trip now so that will be the test. I am still happy with the decision. The only I would do different is give myself more time and add more coats of the top layer. I was in a hurry and went short on a few spots. The black chipped but the primer is still there so no rust. We will see how it holds up over time.
Extreme LED 30 inch x6s light bar is a good option
I just picked one up. Good deal around 300
Do these bumpers pass inspections?
Not sure I understand. What inspections?

Curious if you have any tips for cleaning and spraying the cubbyhole below the winch mount. It looks like it will be a pain.

@@S.I.productions thank you, that’s basically what I just did yesterday. Spray and Pray.
Great video Thanks 🙌 Go with rigid radiance amber instead the Baja! Much better price and same quality
