@@CGPB_YT You get them buy doing Lap 4 P Rank all Main Levels on Lap Hell Hotfix. Unfortunately, i did this and the mod did not let me wear them even though the unlock popup appeared.
pretty sure lap hell just does that, probably adjusted it to make it less frustrating when you cancel your hamdrill (this is for the people who don't know how to directly cancel a hamdrill into a dash)
