Its a series of funny clips, but I couldn't help smiling all the time after Subaru just said she just wanted to spend some time with her chat even while at an irl sleepover. That just shows how much she values her community, Subatomos must feel proud.
Seeing Subaru streaming from Sui-chan's set up is a really fresh experience! Honestly, it makes her look like she's a space cop with all of the star around. Also, Sui-chan, Miko, Mio, Okayu, and Fubuki just coming by to tease Subaru about not wearing clothes was hilarious, it really shows how close they all are!

If Suisei set-up is anything close or the same as Robocos even a Computer nerd would be impressed so with Subaru that gets confused talking PC spec's with Botan I'm not surprised.
Subaru is talking about the OBS set up, with how long she let the computer she got from Shibuhal sit unused because she wasn't able to set up the dual monitor/pc (I think she eventually was able to get it done later but I am not 100% sure), I doubt Suisei is much good with computers (at least on the physical side, she did rig her initial live2D and was working on a 3D model around the time she joined Hololive. So she's probably pretty good at using a computer. But again, I don't think she's very good at dealing with computers as machines and their internal parts the way someone good at pc building might be).
Id expect Suisei to have a God tier setup. Which is ironic cause like Sora still on a laptop sitting on a floor with her back on her mattress...lol. Suisei just dragging around a crew of 7 other holomems.

So the leaders of various groups in HoloGTA are in her house, therefore the occasion is probably related to that.
I would imagine Suisei has the whole 9 yards at this point similar to a certain hiccuping vtuber. Instead of the 3D stuff I'd guess she has sound recording equipment.
