Love these breakdowns. Great for when I'm out doing some solo practice and can throw up the video on my phone and get a quick idea of how to attempt these tricks. Honestly though, Leon's skating is insanely good.
I do the same even though I am still on my first steps but I have to say I have learn a lot with Shaun videos, I do my brake down of his videos . And works for me
If I was given only 1 wish from a magic Jeanie, it would be to skate like Leon & never get hurt falling, so I can skate forever! He is just brilliant & defies the laws of physics, AMAZING SKATER! ❤️🤘😎✌️🙏🐻
yo Shaun I just dl the wizard of Wallstreet.. and what an amazing video it is ! all those Mohawk transitions and sweet flow is so inspiring . .. definetly going to work my way up to some 90mm wheels now for that wizard set up . . thanks for the video and keep them coming !!
+Shop Task totally worth it the outtakes are a blast to watch! looking forward and CAN'T WAIT to the day you guys make a review on the new wizard completes !!!
Your breakdowns are always interesting. Thanks for your service. I am getting back slowly. Now with my skates in hands (feet LOL) I am surprisingly so beginner again, problems with balance and getting comfortable with speed. At least no inside edges positioning. Backwards flow but I am afraid and not confident. I did not fall yet, anyway I am going to buy pads. Hehehehehehehehehe Any tips for me? I mean, steps and goals to be achieved? Best Regards, Jorge the Brazilian that lives in Tampa.
Descobrindo America Hi Jorge, from my experience padding is always a good idea to gain confidence/lose fear of falling. Actually falling should help a lot too
this is unquestionably the most bad ass break down to date! I'm getting sore just practicing on carpet.. that acid slide to transition that is.. I'm working with a 255mm 84mm set up the wheels are not as round as a 80mm would they be considered to have a bullet profile ??
Generally speaking, there 3 profiles. Flat Round and Bullet (AKA Racing profile) Sounds like you have a bullet profile. I love the bullet profile. The wheels respond so well edge to edge.
Wow, really magical moves indeed. For starter can you give some tips on the mohawk position. I am currently trying it out, but I find it even more difficult than than the power stop :D I would really want to be cruising that way. Thank you.
One tip that will help - Practise standing in the mohawk position in shoes when you are in line at the grocery store or just waiting around for any reason. When skating mohawks are easier when done around a circle.
Gyu Joki oh I know this one ^^ Bend your knees and push outwards on each leg, at the same time push your heel outwards as well to get some speed Afterwards bring back your legs to your original position and repeat I hope it helped :)
Shop Task...i think its heel to heel they called at 4:38 i try many times its hard to me...its look cool to skate heel to heel please give me tips to get easy...thanks
Hi Greg! Can one buy skates without trying them on? I live in Jerusalem, Israel, and I know this might sound stupid, but because you're an expert, perhaps it's not soooo stupid. Here, I could buy roller blades for 428 US dollars. I've seen such beautiful skates on line that I wonder if it's possible. Heeelp!
Margasa most of us buy it online without trying them on, just know your true foot size and read the review of the stake you want to buy. mostly people who bought it before will tell you if it fits true to size. I dont know about shipping overseas though.
I made this video last winter but it was too long to upload at the time. Please enjoy, there is some good stuff in there.
cool vid! I cant seem to find any vids/tutorials of people doing "stoonados" hopefully you can help me find some? I really wanna learn it
I do not know of any Stoonado tutorials. I can add a tutorial to an upcoming video.
Shop Task that's really good idea and thank you!!
Bought this VOD when it came out, so dope, Loving your commentary too!
That is awesome! I am sure that Leon and Mike appreciate the support.

Here I'm watching this in 2019 and I'm still blown away by Leon, not to mention the stuff he is doing now, fuck me.
What size wheels is he using ?

Thank you! Will practise more.
Is it really 360p or youtube didn't process it to HD yet?
I am not sure why the quality is so bad. Sorry about that.

Nice breakdown. I would imagine Trish teaches her classes in Calgary?
Trish is based out of Seattle. She does clinics all over Canada and the US.
I did some research and found myself on skateia. I have heard you mention the site in the past.
You got it! SkateIA is the North American standard for skate instruction. High recommend anyone to take a Skate Certification with SkateIA
the jewnado?
Lol dammit Shaun... really?
A wizard not.... a JEDI !
