So much going on in this video... I don't know where to start, I'm blown away by it all. Baseball slide, what's a DJ, trailer functionality, dinobot shock, SPIDER-JAZZ, end transformation flip, speaker showdown... and so much more. So many animated guest appearances!
I think 2 frames using absolutely no animation was possibly the funniest bit. It's all dialogue driven, but the bit where Wheeljack explains the creation of the dinobots. Wheeljack truly is a mad scientist without any internal bad-idea-alarms.
Rip lazy rip, you will always be remembered as one of the greats and as the father of stop motion reviews, I’m defiantly not tearing up right now😭😭😭😭😭😭
That's another fine piece of work man. I really hate to see you leave. You definatly have a great talent. Maybe one day you can pick up where you leave off here! Looking forward for the next one! Thx for the hard work bro!
Wow you really outdid yourself with this review. Awesome job. Thanks for all of the fantastic content! You are by far my favourite reviewer. Best of luck in the future to you and your family.
I know this is a long time after the fact, but the reason it looks the way it does has nothing to do with the original intention to have all of the G1 toy livery, it's because it's a straight-up copy of the G1 toon animation model deco (aside from the gold rims).
I'm a little sad because I only found your reviews about a month ago and love them. If your selling on eBay I will be happy to give a figure or two of yours a good home.
Why don’t you end on a high note with masterpiece jazz. Now my last words, I have known this channel for 2 years. I thought that this style of review is something I haven’t seen before. It was humorous and hands free. Its sad to see this brilliant idea of reviewing go and we will miss you, Jorge.
Dat Pie Guy becaaaaaaaaaause he doesn't exist yet. Unless you meant this figure. In which case I thought it would be a little poetic if you will if I did my second last review like my second review, and my last review like my first
The Lazy Eyebrow Reviewer oh my God, worth it, so energetic and humorous, also I agree we will all miss you, special reviewing style and you, just wow never seen something like this before, and i hate to tell you cause it's probably negative to you but bees intelligence is pretty high just uses it not too often, again I adore these videos with the humor and what you do with it, I'm thankful for what happens not being mad at what's gonna happen thank you for about 7 years of great reviews and stuff, goodbye my friend
I just found this channel in 2024 as I am new to Transformers collecting, early in my 40's. I work from home and this has been a great way to pass the time, with the references and animation. I know you are not posting as much, but just wanted to say thanks for the videos.
Not sure if it was mentioned but the doofy face is from episode one when roller returns after the explosion and Jazz says, "Down but not out, Roller is one tough little Autobot."
Love your reviews, your style is very unique and I love the random car, jet, whatever details you just casually throw in. You have inspired me to start painting my figures again. Thanks for the awesome reviews.
ok I don't remember which episode it was from(or maybe it was the movie?) but Jazz's goofy face is almost a point-for-point recreation of a face he made in G1
Dude I just found your channel. And I can't believe you don't have more subscribers. Your channel is awesome and for that you get my subscribe. Your stop motion is amazing and the toy story part was hilarious.
Lazy Eye...Bagel? Anyway, great review, LER, i'm gonna miss your reviews and especially your skits! But life, and Transformers, go on...and I vote for keeping the figure! You allready reprolabeled him up, and it's only one figure. Maybe it could be an heirloom for Riley?
I think the smiling face is suppose like a smirking face or maybe a reference to g1 cartoon episode 3 when jazz made a face the look like the smiling like face?
@@TheLazyEyebrow yup. Still keep going, I love the review style, it's so unique and there is so much time and personality in every video, and for that, I thank you:)
Question, the video where you said you were quiting or retiring from youtube, you said you were selling some of your figures or most of your collection, well I was wondering, do you still have universe red alert, sideswipe and sunstreaker? I'd like to buy them but I can't find them...so I was wondering if you could sell them to me....name your price because I'm looking for those figures.
3:18 really I mean it almost feels with the Volkswagen beetle just a little bit more wider and then we would have perfect scale I am genuinely shocked and surprised that it almost manages to put off the scale between the two cars just a hair off
The only place where you'd find the alt-modes of Jazz, Smokescreen, Wheeljack and Mirage in the same race track would be in the "Cars" movies, they let street legal vehicles in a race for leaking out loud.
13:35 Friendly open smile. Friendly open smile. Friendly closed smile. Cheeky little smirk. Open manial laughter. WHAT THE HECK IS THIS?! XD Couldn't stop laughing!
Incredible review! ...but knowing this is your penultimate review is so sad :( and knowing you'll part with basically your entire collection causes me physical pain :c
Speaking of scale, what IS the roof height of the FL-84 (iirc) that is Optimus' alt mode? I've found it extremely difficult to find basic dimensions online of older cars, and even newer ones sometimes.
@@TheLazyEyebrow 8 foot width? That's actually really helpful, and good enough to at least estimate. Thanks for this. Also, I bought Transform and Rollout's Agent Meister version of Jazz. I'm really happen with both modes, but the transformation process, especially from alt-to-bot, isn't all that fun. Some things good, some things bad, the spoiler doesn't quite sit flush with the black part of the center of the back. Still, amazing deal, and no one's gonna notice on a shelf.
Bryan Ohrt ebay. Look up 1:87 scale or HO scale "insert car here" I've had to hunt them down, most are custom painted. So basically I looked up 1:87 scale Porsche 935. And eventually tracked down a Jazz. Threw a reprolabel on and done. Optimus used to be a white cab over truck and trailer but that's a custom paint job. Sideswipe came black, i bought a second one with the intent of making sunny once i figure out how to model the intake manifold
Daniel Cristian Smith before June, I can assure that much. The rotoscoping is all done, I'm just in the final phase of shadows and laser blasts among other various effects (and it's a tad challenging)
This is a silly thing to focus on, but I've been hearing a lot of people misuse the word "redundant" lately. Without looking it up, what do you think "redundant" means?
"We go from way too close together to way too far apart, rendering all that foot articulation pretty redundant." I don't feel that one could substitute "pointlessly repetitive" here and have the sentence mean the same thing. It seems more like you simply mean "pointless," but I might have misunderstood. The sense of the word "redundant" is that of having too many of the same thing. A thing that is redundant is superfluous because there already exists an identical thing that serves the same purpose. This doesn't seem to apply to what you were describing in this part. Again, sorry. Not trying to be a cock here. It's just that, well, I'm kind of a cock.
haha fair enough. but I mean...it is redundant. perhaps I'm using the word a little loosely, and a better word could probably better describe what I mean, but in engineering terms (I did look it up): Engineering (of a component) not strictly necessary to functioning but included in case of failure in another component. I think that definition nails it perfectly though I believe you feel I'm referring to it in the sense of: adjective: redundant not or no longer needed or useful; superfluous. and well, it's not needed, or useful. the hip articulation renders the leg joints rather pointless and a lot of it goes to waste. they could've had the feet and legs also have ratchet joints with parallel ratchet points, and nobody would've missed a thing because the hips ruin what otherwise was great. you do have a point though. there is another word I'm thinking of that better fits the bill, but it's just not coming to mind. if you think of it, please let me know
