Hi Elmer, thank you. Very valid yung concern mo. You can explicitly mention that to them during orientation and that it is a major offense and a ground for dismissal. Wala talaga tayo control dun lalo na if they do it outside of their working hours or day off. Siguro pwede ka gumawa ng promos like stamp card para mapilitan si client sa spa magpamassage or bonus system for staff para they have a target to reach. That way puro sa spa dadaan lahat ng transactions.
Hi.. Question po sa pagiging owner ng SPA.. Kinailangan nyu pa po ba kumuha ng any certificate or any trainings to become a spa owner? Or the therapists are the one that should have the certificates?
Yes po sir kailangan talaga para may assurance talaga na legit therapist ka. Ako sir K to 12 po ako na graduate❤ then nag bayad kami nang 1k if kung dika student gusto molang mag enroll mag bayad kapa nang 5k dahil student kami 1k lang ang binayad namin. Bale 12 kami 4 ang hindi naka pasa kase may titignan sayo sa demo. Then exam and interview after dun sasabihin if naka pasa kaba or hindi pero isa ako sa naka pasa after 1month makukuha mona yung license mo.

Hi Je, thank you for sharing your plans. While very lucrative mag spa business, i suggest na i-delay mo muna since medyo uncertain pa tayo because of covid. Hindi pa rin ganun karami ang nagpapamassage ulit at may mga takot ka. Baka hindi mo rin kasi kitain agad yung ineexpect mo at matalo ka lang sa overhead expenses. Siguro wait until 2nd half ng 2021. Hopefully by then, normal na ulit. Pero suggestion ko lang yan. It ultimately depends on you, kung gano ka kaconfident and sure. ;-)
Depende po sa agreement nyo. Normally, wala lang syang allowance that day. Pero nasa agreement nyo po yun kung bibigyan nyo sya ng penalty or deduction. Lalo na kung unexcused absence yun.

guys, please help me or give me ideas. enough ba ang 100k to start a spa business??? LOWKEY massage spa lng nman ng plano ko pero kahit papano decent. naka aircon, may 3 beds, 2 therapists per day. ang tnong ko po enough ba ang 100k to start my LOWKEY spa?

Masyado pong tight yung 40 sqm. Depende po kung ilang beds malalagay nyo dun. You need mga at least 5 beds?
@@NashTee nabili ko po kasi commercial condo, loft type 24 sqm pwede lagyan ng mezanine, naisp ko po kasi curtain division Lang po, pag dating po sa skilled therapist di ako gaanong makakaproblema since nagtraining po yung friend ko sa mga blind people, so that is my advantage. Ok na siguro 4 beds.
Foot traffic po, NASA taas po kami ng sikat na supermarket.
