My Note 📝 Theme: Shifting and shaping Culture Intro Definition: It refers to the intentional effort to change and mold the Believes, Behaviour, Norms and Value within a community. [Key note: it may reflects specific Ideals or Objectives] To position yourself to shape and shift culture for the kingdom comes with Knowing God and reflecting the image of God To reflect God’s image comes with Intimacy. The ability of to shift and shape culture is more spiritual, it is being back by a spirit. We are just a vessel and therefore we need to make ourselves available. We need to position ourselves and grace will be available. We need to seek first the Kingdom There is a false representation of people who know Jesus and therefore we need to be careful. The mandate of the hour is to feed the sheep. Give your life to prayer and the word. Know the word for yourself. We are called to represent God in everything and anywhere we find ourselves. Note: Our first assignment is to know God for yourself (which will shape and mold us) and then you can represent God and transform the world. Amen 🙏
" when someone is around you, they should sense the fragrance of God." Let us be true vessels in the Kingdom of God, standing firm in His Kingdom. Asking ourselves everyday, what would Jesus do? what would he say? Let us be more like him. 🙏🏼
Thank you for allowing for God to use you as a vessel. You proceed to take back dominion and bless our hearts with Gods word. Thank you Stephanie. I look up to you as a sister 🤍 May the Lord continue to bless you and your family abundantly! Keep on slaying Mumma xxx
I like your "childlike" voice. It's very soothing and calming compared to others that scream and yell in the mic throughout the whole sermon. Actually, it's your voice that drew me to you. I really enjoy your teachings. Be encouraged and be blessed. Shalom✌🏽
I’ve been going through so much spiritual battles and God put me in isolation. God during this season, take more of me and give me more of you Jesus 🙏🏾
May the Lord keep you strong and focused on Him🙏 The isolation-by-God season is not easy but He knows what He is doing. You'll come out of the other side pure as gold🙏
This was so validating especially the end - there are some Christian friends I have who have been Christian for way longer than I have but I noticed I felt very 'off' about them - and it confused me; why do these people feel off to me? And I started receiving the revelation that they are simply preaching and not EMBODYING Christ. I once had a triggering moment, and when I confided in my closest Christian friend about my trigger, she responded with zero compassion and 100% condemnation and just started regurgitating Scripture to me - it felt so bad and made my trigger worse! Thank God because the whole situation led me right back to the Lord's Love The essence of Christ is that warm, fuzzy, wholesome Christmas feeling - and there are many who are simply preaching the knowledge of the gospel without having had a changed heart. Thank you pastor Stephanie! I trust your wisdom a lot so to hear the same revelation come to me for a second time through you meant a lot. 💝
Pastor Steph! I am always so blessed by your ministry. This morning my husband asked me, how can we shift the culture of our people? A few hours later I came across this video. Thank you for the time spent in your secret place and your obedience to the voice of God. Bless you!! ❤
Your message of this poisoned milk 🥛 is so important right now. Thank God for your clarity to call out this deceit clearly for what it is in this time right now 🙏🏽🙌🏽💙 Thank You ♥️ May God continue to bless you and cover you in the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏🏽 Amen
Pastor Stephanie. Thank you for being light in our generation at this time. I appreciate your obedience towards Gods holy word. Blessings to both you and your husband including your baby girl.👌
It was such a blessing to find you, you are such a powerful woman of God, I have learned a lot from you . God bless you and your family..we love you. Keep on enlightening us. Amen
I was so blessed by this message. God bless pastor Steph. But I have a question: I'm a Nigerian in Nigeria and I hear Christians say things like "where I come from we don't do this and that, so I don't do them", I usually feel Christians' lives should be 100% according to the scriptures and not their traditions or culture, but other christians argue that as long as your culture and traditions dont contradict the Bible, it's okay to live by them. I need more light on this please
I believe if it’s a contradiction to God’s word, it is wrong. I’m also a Nigerian and some ppl might believe for example ancestral worship is ok but God tells us He only should be worshipped
@@oalatishe Leviticus 18:1-5 speaks about God's emphasis on the instruction that when the Israelites get to Canaan they must forsake the practices they used to follow back in Egypt AND they must NOT adopt the practices that are being followed in Canaan when they arrive. Which means if you practiced certain things before you met God, as soon as you encounter Him do away with them immediately because you will be serving two masters. My pastor once said "Good people don't go to heaven, only people who have a relationship with Jesus go to heaven". So whether those practices are good or bad , if they are not in accordance with the word period! leave them. Also remember PS Stephanie, spoke about "the milk being poisoned" so those Christians that are practicing both have also been fed poisoned milk and you must pray for them and ask God to give you a revelation of your own regarding this matter. I am South African and we also have our traditions that "bind us" such as ancestral worship so I can relate to a certain extent because I am a Christian. What I can tell you is that culture and traditions are what people commit to as a source of identity it makes them feel like they "belong" and they are "rooted". However, when you have found your Identity in Christ, there will be no reason to find identity in culture and tradition because God always goes against the norm and tradition and culture will always clash with Christianity especially when it comes to our practices. Like PS Stephanie said " God can find you wherever you are but He won't leave you there".
But Guys. Can we just discuss how divinely beautiful Pastor Steph is becoming every time I watch her preach🥺 I dont even understand
