I am a new lower right leg amputee and learning about basalt in home construction and came upon this video by accident That's totaly awsome considering basalt is lighter and 10 times stronger. I have a question about prosthetic sockets since i am new amputee. Why can't tiny micro holes be put into the socket making so the skin can breathe?

depends on what type of suspension (bull dog lock or suction) and the type of liner you use.
Typically the liner is airtight anyway.
I dont work for Coyote but I enjoy their products as a Prosthetic/orthotic tech.
Many Different 2 part epoxy resins are used in the fabrication.
