you dont need to give throttle while starting, splendor would need some throttle to start :D
Not only splendor we don’t need to give accelerator while starting anything even Scott car or any bike
yes, this is what a mechanic told me after I got my assembly damaged ( which is responsible for self start ) even my bike was new then (around 2yr old ) then he told me the actual and proper method of self start or kick start . Neednot give unseccesary throttle

I am using classic 350 2016 model with 40k kms completed still starts with a single kick in 12degree climate. Use it properly

I am using 2005 model RE Machismo 350, Almost 60000+ kms completed. Still starts with a Single or double kick in 10 - 12℃ Climate.
had a 500 classic still the same even after 60k driven. It does need a care thats all.

First of all
engine oil (synthetic 15W 50)
Check spark plug
Clean carborator
And keep ur bullet in use
It’s the best experience ever on a two wheeler
On bad road it's best
Otherwise there are better bikes
Synthetic oil is not good for bullet. Use semi synthetic or mineral oil.

Hi Arun ji, I'm Nilesh 58yrs old, and i own a RE Bullet Cast iron 1989 made, i worked in bullet R&D section in the industry for 17yrs, and also own a showroom of Royal Enfield, just want to tell you that since this is heavy engine bike, during cold winter season, we know that we face such an issue, but we are still trying to fix that issue. We compared it with superbikes with more than 350CC engines like Triumph Tiger, they dont have such issues. We are very sorry about it that we couldn't solve this matter well we did not focused on it. We humbly accept this mistake and in the coming of the new Royal Enfield Bullets, we do hope that this issue of cold start and winter issues will be solved. Although this complaint we addressed was genuine from many people.
Please bear for some time, until we are working on it.

Get your bike to a good mechanic...I own a royal Enfield model 1986 which my father bought in 1986...it still starts on one kick and every thing is perfect..... because it has been properly maintained...

May be you have not done Electra’s service after you brought it, if you do it on time to time it is a great comfortable bike iam using it from 7 years never had a prob. It travelled in Karnataka everywhere in many place 80 to 90 km speed for hours

Use Iridium spark plug, Keep carburetor petrol air flow mixture high as per your climate. Your problem will be solved. Dont raise accelerator while kick...

Bullet Electra is most royal looking bike from bullet and I am a owner of Re bullet 350 which do not shows any problem last 3 years.
I own gunmetal grey and completed 2 successful years! Aaj tak bullet ne bahut saath diya mera. Kickstarting is an art.

@@psdgyanam9438 sorry for too late reply. Yes it is. But thoda maintenance zyaada hai compared to 350cc as it is 500 cc so it is fuel injected. So thoda expensive hai also low mileage.

Hello Arun' I have Thunderbird 350cc since 2016. In starting same problem I was facing caus I have my second byk honda unicorn it's 2008 model both byks starting mechanism is different. In bullet there is no need to give exceleter when u start it n tune it's corborator

@Tarzan Katoch don't know you are using 2nd hand or what, I have Classic 500 and I mostly Cruise on 130 Kmph smooth, very less amount of vibration at higher speeds and vibration honi banti hai all metal, metal main to vibration aati hai, gt 650 yaan Interceptor ki tarah counter balancer to laga nahi hai ki 0 vibration milegi,
Please Ride plastic toys or buy Continental GT 650 or Interceptor 650 if you want 0 vibrations from RE

Bhai get the carburettor change. I too had this issue with my bike then got carburettor replaced with an old CV carburettor. Also get the wiring checked, sometimes it's due to current leakage also.

I think u don't know to start. There could be spark plug issue, or everytime there might be airlock in tank or petrol pipe. You must know about bullet before u buy

First of all, your carburetor rpm setting is low. You should adjust it clockwise.
Your engine is UCE and it doesn't run on low rpm. Cold start mei screw carburetor ka tight karo toh rpm will increase.
Never use acceleration while kickstart or it will recoil on your leg. I have experienced but I managed somehow.
First kick only on main stand.
