My first cook using my new TempSpike TP960W from ThermoPro. This is a true wireless temperature probe/thermometer. I reverse seared some cowboy ribeye steaks 🥩 on my Z Grillz pellet smoker and #weberkettle. My initial thoughts 💭 are it is a VERY NICE and HELPFUL tool.
