bryan doesn't have 14f moves unless you do them from block . I think they hate bryan. all the directional buttons before you hit them with a qcf or qcb add frames to his moves.

@@blxckdreadful7419execution is a factor which it isn’t hard to do but the window you have to execute it is small you’re better off just doing 4,3 or 2,3
@@ebonraijin yeah, but not on higher levels. For seasoned players, execution is out the window cause it becomes natural.
It doesn't diminish the fact that JU is 14f, so Bryan players should really get their mental readiness to pull it off once they see a launch-punishable move

T8 Yoshi is a very strong character but they fix the flash with the first patch. Now flash have the negative range (in regular stance) like in T7. Most of the Yoshi move have the same proprieties of T7, where Yoshi was bottom tier. The difference with T7 is that T8 is more offensive and ppl struggle to keep distance when try to brailess attack
Brother it’s okay to flash him during offense ! But why flash works on safe moves ? That not fair at all ! Like you facing a high level pro player and trying to do safe moves so you don’t get punish ! Wallah out of nowhere ! Yoshi flashed your safe moves ! Nice ! Where is the justice there ?
@@gwdofdestruction Flash is 6f in regular stance (no launcher, b2,2 for free, -15f, range -1) and 9f in nss (launcher, -12f, range 0). A move Is called safe because is proprieties (start, recover, push back): Bryan f,F2 Is safe (on block) because the push back not the recovery (very unsafe on whiff). Against Yoshi you Need to beware Always the distance. With Yoshi the triky part Is to mantein the right distance to take out your shitty move

yoshi (and half the cast) is very hard to beat when using bryan.
This, even at the high level you will see Bryan players like knee having to work extremely hard to get somewhere with Bryan. Not saying he is a weak character but an extremely hard one to play. You just dont have the same tools as the rest of the cast. Pretty much all the other characters with Orbitals also have hop kicks (i.e. Shaheen and Claudio) and with Bryan we also dont have DF2.
if you side step and gain frame advantage you have to be really good to pull off a F n B 2.

Bryan only works at high level where people are actually playing Tekken and even then there are easier characters that get the same or better return so why play Bryan at high level either?
D+f, 4 is a better tool against Yoshis B3 if you can anticipate the B3. Guaranteed soccer kick on hit or other mixups :)
Boss df4 is -7 as well 💔 he can launch that move as well 😔

Question: why does it feel like the entire game outspeeds bryan in almost every scenario? They give him A rank. Yet i feel like a large portion of what you see in ranked will generally shit on my fav character if he doesnt win a silly rock paper scissor duck or sidestep. Any advice?

Well about how can you deal with them ? It’s side step they attack attack attack ! But you can escape from there pressure on right time ! Plus ! 1+2 2 and f21232 is your best friends!

You can reach Yoshimitsu B3 with 1+2 1. I play a lot against a Yoshi player and i learned that 1+2 can reach Yoshimitsu when he tries to evade with B3
That’s what I was doing love ! But you know what ? They can flash in between 1+2 2 ! And the second hit is high of 1+2 1 ! If they wait and bait your 1+2 ! You’re done brodah you’re done 🥲

I just switched to leverless, gotta re-learn movement and all my tech with bryan again lol. At least I can taunt upper now

I got the razer kitsune. Leverless is definitely easier for execution. Took about a week to get used to it. But the execution is day and night compared to my controller. Plus I use less key binds for combination buttons like 1+2 or 3+4. Easier to buffer inputs as well. Definitely would recommend the switch

Stop it already every character is unique and every character lost something in his game plan that he had in the game before Yoshi is basically forced to attack you now he cannot back up anymore in terms of canceling his stance he only heals by attacking you that’s Tekken 8 that’s the way the game is designed that’s why he has the combo damage he has now if you stand close to him there is not a lot he can do besides spinning away or using his flash when he gets pressed a lot so lure him into flash and punish him there you go stop complaining too much Every character has basically huge damage output especially Bryan
When I saw the patch notes that they want to nerv certain characters like Nina or Dragunov for damage output I definitely want to see Brian there as well It’ll only be fair😅

Yes, he is my main. I’m Not a super enthusiast, but I’m Tekken king with him playing him since Tekken 5 and now that he is on the same level like everyone else people start crying because he has the same stuff that he had before plus a damage buff I’m tired of people complaining about him when other characters are completely disgusting in this game even more than him there are more than four or five characters that are way worse to fight. I play Kazuya and Devil Jin and Dragunov I know what it’s like to fight him with these characters and mirror match trust me. He is very bad to fight I know, but if you know what he is doing, he’s not that bad and fact relatively easy to counter so really please just stop crying he’s basically the only character in the entire game where you have to play a completely different game plan than with any other character maybe Alisa as well the only Yoshimitsu that could possibly be called a problem are the super high level Yoshimitsu players and if you look up any videos or tournaments, you know that from those, maybe they are four or five people on a very high level and the majority of people who are complaining about him have never even experienced a crazy Yoshi in their life people really just cry play the game find out for yourself. People mash the life out of buttons in this game so no wonder why everyone hates Yoshimitsu point fact
@@gwdofdestruction and brother the punishes with flash first of all is super confusing. It’s completely inconsistent and not clear what you can punish and what not the moves you can punish for the most part are the ones that end up in your hitbox or have long recovery frames so he’s able to flash you before you recover. It’s logical basically just framedata he can definitely not punish -10 moves with flash maybe a hand full of moves and if then just show couple more examples I don’t know what you did in practice mode there maybe wrong settings maybe you were not even blocking I don’t know, but that seemed pretty off
