Lee Alberga horrible things are happening to Cyprus property market nowadays, sales are declining while developers build up a lot. As supply grows and demand decreases, we can expect a huge price drop in the nearest future... all investors have to do is just wait...

Advice for now - wait - in one year from now Cypriot developers would be begging us to buy those properties willing to give them away nearly for free as all financing comes from banks and must be somehow repaid with interest...
