सर जी जब हमने बिजली का कनेक्शन लिया था तब हमने सिक्योरिटी जमा करी थी और जब हम छोड़ेंगे तब हमारी सिक्योरिटी वापस में मिलेगी लेकिन बीच में डिपार्टमेंट हमसे यह चार्ज क्यों वसूल रहा है यह बात समझ नहीं आई कृपया वीडियो अच्छी तरह बनाएं कुछ समझ नहीं आ रहा
Sir, aapki security aapki ek saal ki consumption par depend krti hai. Jab aapne connection liya tha, tab aapne advance consumption demand (ACD) as a security submit ki thi, ab aapki FY 2021-22 ki consumption ko review kiya or uske base pe aapka ACD charges revise kiye. Every year annually it will be reviewed and revised if consumption is low your refund also be initiated. I think u r satisfied with the response.

I got the bill for last two months and there were 5,500 non electricity charges added.
Last bill mai nhi aaya tha. Will these be added for next 5 bills and same amount ?
Also, refund kab hoga amount or will it be adjusted with bill ?

@@varunmehta8645 this is domestic use. I stay in Dlf phase 2, Gurgaon.
For domestic consumer, rule z that non energy charges vil b charged in 6 equal installments, one more person contacted me from gurugram, after calculation he got his non energy charge in one time payment. U HV to check ur last year payment n calculate as per video, u vil find it z one time or 6 installments.
Further, it vil b review every year as per previous year consumption, if ur consumption z more than previous year then NEC charges again applicable or if it z less than previous year then it vil b refunded in the month of April every year.

Last 4 bill cycle se 1980rs adv Security Deposit lag ke aa raha hai. Aur na hi security amount mein addition hua. Division office dhake kha raha koi theek se respond nahi kr raha. Varun ji please help. Kitne bill cycle aur lagega ye amount aur kab credit hoga. Pl reply

Over all bill 1357 Aya lekin non electric charge 2194 Aya hai esme konsi calculation use hue hai, ye 2194 mere 6 month ki payment hai yaa hrr month ye add krke ayega
