Gee, I really didn't know Ursula was dubbed by men so often, I thought the only male voice for Ursula was in Spanish. I mean, since Ursula's looks is based on drag queen Divine, it does make sense they wanted to try that out. My friends say I do a pretty good impression of Ursula's voice, despite being a guy, idk. Maybe I could try to dub it one day.

Honestly is an insult that one of the best dubs of this song (latin Spanish) is ranking so low and just because the deep of the voice? You should have shown another parts when the pitch is higher, it's not fair. But oh well.
I'm not familiar with Ursula's voices, but imo she is one of those cases where the dubbing directors didn't care much about the villain voices. I prefer the '90 Greek version over the '98's because she was more theatrical and her irony was clear like crystal! I was expecting something else from Israel for Ursula since they provide us with very interesting and unique villain voices. Your Ursula comes a few hours after I've listened the German Scar and makes me wonder where do you find all these psycopathic voices? Always Germany gives the best villains. Great ranking!!

I love German(I agree her performance in the 89 dubbing is much scarier and more passionate), French, Finnish(Micheline and Ulla are also better in their original dubbings as well), Danish, Norwegian, Italian, Icelandic(She brings a slightly sexy quality to Ursula that is interesting) and English. Only big disagreements are Romanian, which would be much lower for me(Her voice is good and fitting but her acting is so flat and casual for me) Ukrainian and Latin Spanish would both be much higher, I love them both. I also love Polish, Slovak, Czech, Bulgarian, Croatian, European Portuguese, Indonesian and Korean. I agree about Swedish she is good but a bit forgettable and casual. Russian is good but I feel like her voice would have been a better fit for Maleficent or Cruella. My favorite part of the Hebrew dub is her crazy laugh but she does sound a bit too granny-like, as does Brazilian Portuguese.

i love the dutch one. the reason is because she sounds so trustyworthy and nice, but shes very cunning and terrible. you can tell by the parts she sings low. thats how she was able to deceive ariel.

Why were the two other german versions even made?
I honestly don't know. It's the same with Brazilian Portuguese, Finnish, French and Thai. They also dubbed the same singer two times.
