It will benefit the clerical staff not officers. We officers have to work on holidays also, without getting any benefit from management.
We clericals will now have to work till 7 pm without any perks and officiating....like officers get
We customers waiting both of you to do your job. Many times we are miffed by the responses by managers and clerks. Not all the managers and clerks.
I tried to get in banks... but missed out by 0.50 / 1.5 marks in my two attempts... I gave up😞

High salaries and perks, benefits don't come easy.
Working people get time only during Saturday & Sunday to do any banking work
Bankers are non stop working machine.
Then won't it be like we should close it on Mondays and Tuesdays...will that work? 😆

Aisi companies, jo employee ki productivity par nahi bas Machines ki Productivity par depend karti hai, wo to nahi manegi, kyunki their productivity is directly proportional to the time for which a Machine is running. And there will be no difference in the productivity of machine. 🤔
Just check which are the most unproductive organisations in our country and then check their days off in a year. They are directly proportional.

When it will be implemented in banks? lic after talks with unions it has implemented in less than one month. LIC got permission from ministry in less than 1 month
Now after ATM, DIGITAL CURRENCY, GOOGLEPAY, PHONEPE, WALLETS, ONLINE LOAN PROCESSING Banks neednot function not more than 5 days a week

Wt abt privtae industries? For eg the hospitality/hotel industry. Do u know that on an average people work over there for roughly 12 hrs, 6 days a week , sometimes even more. Only becoz the banks have a union, they can negotiate over this. Rather they would have asked the government to make these changes throughout the nation.
You have compared wrong industries with banking. Now after the advent of UPI and its deep penetration into rural India, Banks no longer needed to keep open for longer hours except for loans and advances and cash replenishment. In the other hand, being a doctor or a nurse you can solve a patient's problem online? Impossible and dangerous. In hotel management and other hospitality sectors like airport management also, they get fixed working hour and shifting holidays. Brother, I don't know you are employed or not, everyone needs some me time some family time to survive.

This should be done by your organization/ Union, boss ki chamchagiri ki vjh se private m union bnate nhi ho, aur baad m rote rhte ho. Khud ko ladai khud ladni hoti hai 👍
Sir we have been on strike on various trade union issues in previous years at the expense of salaries. We have lost lives to COVID. We are suffering from various diseases due to long working hours. We are not getting leaves. This is the reality

Haa tu to bina khake survive kar leta h...aur baki offices mei to log lunch hi mhi krte. Aisa bsdk wala baat tere pas hi rakh nhi to log mazak udayega
But make Saturday working give holiday on other day. Even in usa banks open half day in Saturday. We won't have much time to go on week days.
So Saturday and Monday should be off

@@Bharatht.365 almost I'm every part of the world Saturday and Sundays are off, stock markets insurance companies, ministry, MNC Companies so I don't find anything strange in this. And we do have digital alternative to most of the banking services the branches provide , mobile banking, netbanking UPI , debit credit cards bills payment. You name then and it's there
