all-purpose flour 2 cups (250g)
baking powder 2 tsp (10g)
salt ¼ tsp (1.5g)
granulated sugar ¾ cup (150g)
1 large egg
milk 6.76oz (200ml)
melted butter ½ cup (115g)
vanilla essence 2 tsp (10ml)
orange zest or candied orange peel pieces 1 tbsp
semi sweet chocolate chips 4 tbsp (40g) + 2 tbsp (20g) to decorate
