You’re clueless. Sometimes standing a 16 let’s you win, sometimes hitting a 16 let’s you win. It’s gambling. there’s no 100% right way to do it, if there was everyone would do it.
It's called "perfect strategy" you never stay on 16 if the dealer has 7 or higher. Hit until at least 17, it actually gives you the better odds of wining than staying at 16. Playing with "perfect strategy" is proven give you the best odds of winning it's a set of rules to play by
