Well done Gabriel for the coverage you have given to the hustings I’ve been a regular visitor to Glastonbury for over 20 +years but don’t live there If I was voting there my choice would be Hal Hooberman the Labour candidate Over the last 14 years we have seen those in the area of greatest need really struggling also the level of corruption by the tories is totally unacceptable (especially during the awarding of dodgy covid contracts)✌🏿✌️✌🏽☮️☮️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️In conclusion can I say how much I admire those in the community who always try to support those who need a little help during hard times they are experiencing ✌🏿✌️✌🏽☮️☮️🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️

Thank you for this. Living in Glastonbury and using public transport to get around it is hard to get to the seaside and train station from Glastonbury. Would anyone of the candidates be able to make the 67 bus route From Burnham On Sea to Wells come to Glastonbury town. It would be good to have easy access to a train station and access to the coast. As a by the seaside is very helpful to your mental health. If you use public transport in Glastonbury you are very much land locked.

Sadly there was no discussion around the parties policy on transport which is a shame. The only way we will ever get a decent level of public transport in town is when it is denationalised. That is not a political statement it is simply the conclusion you come to when you compare what we have here with how they do things in Europe. And that includes busses 🚌 and trains 🚂

Nice guy but he hadn’t a clue about the chemist situation in the town and he is clueless on the town deal

Hey Barry. Jut like the BBC I really try not to make my political bias obvious as I would not be able to report fairly. I have to say as a person Hal Hooberman was a lovely guy to work with on the night. However I was very unimpressed on the night with all of them because we currently have a huge issue in the town regarding a new Chemist. I exclude John here because as a town councillor he is involved but non of the other four had done any research as to why we were waiting and what was going on. Not impressed
