2024 Cromford Mills Abseil

To raise funds for our new Base at Mackworth, we organised a Sponsored Abseil at the heritage site of Arkwright’s Cromford Mills over the weekend of 22/23 June.
For the second year running, we shared the site with their Beer Festival as well as the excellent weather. These combined to make the whole place buzzing as the many visitors participated in whatever activity they fancied.
Not only did we raise just under £2000 for the New Base appeal, we also responded to four callouts over the weekend - more info to follow!
