Note that the whispered "die" got a similar intonation to the line about weinstein line in "Meet The Grahams"... the scariest diss track ever ! (to me)
My favorite line of the song is “the more visible you get, the more your spiritual is tried.” And everybody wanna know why Kendrick doesn’t post on social media or stays silent at times. Just look around what’s going on in our society. He’s alienating himself from all that.
For Kendrick to talk this spiritually and to watch the react community have this heavy conversation about what the music means to us a listeners as a culture and not just an endless pleasure palace... this is how we beat them. This is revolutionary.

Knox, I love your breakdowns! You peel back every layer, every line and you just get it. This is Kendrick's deep evaluation of the current state of Rap culture and why it needs needs to be torn down and rebuilt. As a GenXer, Kendrick's skillset takes me back to a time when lyricism and a message was a priority.
Maybe "watch the party die" also references those hollywood parties of michael rubin and the sorts? Because everything Kdot stands for is the exact *opposite* of what these people celebrate in those parties.
I'm thinking itz mossstly a drone attack of errrrybody from Lucian to drake to Ak an errrrybody in btw and connected to the debauchery of our culture 🤔
@@KnoxHillI think ppl are writing as they are listening. And then you bring the point up. I’ve done that, and didn’t feel like deleting the comment. 😊✌🏾
I love the fact that Kendrick used the old black forces. As watching this video and understanding more how the industry forces certain agenda's, like having new clean shoes yet we all can't afford new ones every week(subconsciously getting us to buy more to feel apart of it but were just pushing our own self away). All the mainstream rappers think they need new whips, clothes, shoes to have an impactful meaning or attention and they go about harmful ways to acquire such things that don't even guarantee happiness or leaving a lasting legacy.
This is why I always look forward to your breakdowns; the way you dive beneath the superficial and peel back the many layers, which often get missed/overlooked by other channels. Keep it up, Knox!!!
This whole beef can be boiled down to soul versus vanity. The argument between doing it as an art form versus a business. It's reallt interesting where KDot is taking this.
Kendrick right now knows that soooo many eyes are on him. And his popularity has never been so high and people will listen to what he has to say. So he is saying how he feels about so many things and putting it out there for everyone.
"It ain't 20v1, it's 1v20, if I gotta smack ninjas that write with you" - Euphoria. "Yeah somebody lying, I could see the vibes on AK, even he looking compromised, let's peel the layers back" - 6:16 in LA. I feel like this is more than a reflection of the entire battle. The line on breaking down and building back feels like he wants to bring hip-hop back to the state it was intended for, and maybe better.
This is not a Drake diss track, Kendrick told us that there is no second round. He’s addressing the wickedness of so-called influencers like DJ Akademics, with their lies & narratives.

Note that the whispered "die" got a similar intonation to the line about weinstein line in "Meet The Grahams"... the scariest diss track ever ! (to me)
My favorite line of the song is “the more visible you get, the more your spiritual is tried.”
And everybody wanna know why Kendrick doesn’t post on social media or stays silent at times. Just look around what’s going on in our society. He’s alienating himself from all that.
The beat is absolutely magical
This reactions to this song are the epitome of "A hit dog hollers". If you think it's slow and boring, you are exactly who the song is talking about.
Tore down black Forces!
Meaning album finished. He just finished his demon time. And this is how he accumulated the creases. Stay tuned!
Ooouh nice way of looking at it.
They are an EBay ad saying “final offer” zoomed out.
I like the way you think!
Definitely stayin 👀👀👀🫰🏾
@@saraesmoon funny enough the image is from an eBay listing
For Kendrick to talk this spiritually and to watch the react community have this heavy conversation about what the music means to us a listeners as a culture and not just an endless pleasure palace... this is how we beat them. This is revolutionary.
I have no idea what dude is gonna do at the bowl and I’m excited as fuck lol. It feels like there’s an industry war going on, the corrupt side whose shit hasn’t been fully exposed yet, and his side that is trying to dispose of it. Do not be surprised if he does some wild shit at the bowl where he knows millions of eyes will be watching.
This!!!
2pac died September 13th on a Friday…Tomorrow Friday the 13th is about to be crazy😮
He gonna get an award for this man I swear this is ART I wish the industry just give this man his flowers
I find it funny how fast knox realized its not a drake specific song its more of the industry in general while the majority of you tubers are just saying its a Drake diss 😅
Whats so funny about it
@@kismkasm3178 Read again
@@T3mpest_111 - nothing fumny about it.
Pray for Kendrick the industry takes guys like him out at the peak of their careers
I think Kendrick has proved that he’s the greatest hip hop artist of all time truly master at work 🐐
@@Dideeeee Drake, please get off this page
@@Dideeeeecan you stop copy/pasting ? 😆
@@Mr.C.88 it’s not a diss against Drake though.
lmao barely top 20 at best
@dee27206 If You don't want lyrical SUBSTANCE, just say so... DAMN!!!
this year has turned me into such a big Kendrick fan and I'm so locked in on his battle for the soul of hip-hop
Just dropped my tools on the floor and left the car on the lift to watch this reaction video. Customer is going to wait. Kendrick on another level.
Hahaha.👌🏽 I just came from campus to my room I got the knox notification😅😅
😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Knox, I love your breakdowns! You peel back every layer, every line and you just get it.
This is Kendrick's deep evaluation of the current state of Rap culture and why it needs needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
As a GenXer, Kendrick's skillset takes me back to a time when lyricism and a message was a priority.
Maybe "watch the party die" also references those hollywood parties of michael rubin and the sorts?
Because everything Kdot stands for is the exact *opposite* of what these people celebrate in those parties.
2pac died September 13th on a Friday…Tomorrow Friday the 13th is about to be crazy😮
No more Diddy parties. Jay Z was raided... CEOs resigning... 2024 ending careers and shitty lifestyles
The party line was also on meet the grahams. “Sorry Aubrey, I don’t mean to crash your party.”
Bro Super Bowl gonna be wild 🔥🔥
All the clueless, classless, brainless sheep will say it's bad.
@@Dideeeee Kendrick's music is not for people who are illiterate or lack basic understanding. I say that to say, it's not for you.
@@foreverloved2005 exactly
@@Dideeeeeyou’re the epitome of the saying if your want to hide something from somebody, put it in a book!
@@Dideeeeeimagine having your feelings hurt by proxy of someone who you don’t even know lmao you sound like a female
This is a straight shot at the industry
Yup, explained that in the reaction 🤟
I'm thinking itz mossstly a drone attack of errrrybody from Lucian to drake to Ak an errrrybody in btw and connected to the debauchery of our culture 🤔
@@KnoxHillI think ppl are writing as they are listening. And then you bring the point up. I’ve done that, and didn’t feel like deleting the comment. 😊✌🏾
The true 20 v 1
He calling the industry out and he’s not afraid of them… he’s more afraid of what he’ll do to ‘em.
Kendrick and j cole are the only rappers who just make my eyes rain😭 they realy efect me on a deeper level, levels that i didnt know i had
Been waiting all day for this, cant believe i happened to see it the second it dropped 😂
Don't care what anybody says, Knox is theee best reactor. This guy is a teacher!
This is beautiful yet sinister!
Lots of sadness pouring out too
A change is coming and much-needed.
His beats lately have just been 🔥🔥it’s the main thing I’ve really caught.
The amount of knowledge @knoxHill have, dude is breaking down all these bars easy, dude lowkey Legendary ❤
This is why I always look forward to your breakdowns; the way you dive beneath the superficial and peel back the many layers, which often get missed/overlooked by other channels.
Keep it up, Knox!!!
i love this song, its a call to action againts the industry
they said drake is a fan of the culture and Kendrick is a product of it, couldn’t agree more
FINALLY KENDRICK DROPPED!!!
I think he wanted distance from the beef before he dropped because he was over the beef.
The Kill Bill sample is just too perfect for this track, it basically ties every verse ❤
King dot 🇿🇦🇺🇸 we got you.
This whole beef can be boiled down to soul versus vanity. The argument between doing it as an art form versus a business. It's reallt interesting where KDot is taking this.
“We can do life without em, get there bodies (organized / organ, eyes).”
Something light. Just surprised no one’s mentioned it. 🔥
Nice catch 👌🔥
💯
🚀
It's way deeper than rap or drake Kendrick is a prophet what he says is pertaining to this reality we live in.
The way u breakdown lyrics etc is unreal like i could not understand them id listen to the song n they'd go over my head thank you Knox
Someone said that Drake is a fan of Hip Hop culture. While Kendrick Lamar is a product of Hip Hop Culture. I FELT THAT!!!!!!
Real
@kittyjohnston7857 that someone is Lecrea the Christian rapper who he mentions 2x in this message🗣🥰
Lecrae said that .. who Kendrick mentioned in this song… he actually responded to kendrick and it was beautiful.
Kendrick is done addressing the symptoms (Drake). He’s after the disease of the culture as a whole 🙏🏾👑😂😭🔥
Kendrick Lamar is praying 🙏🙏🙏 he is the culture for real 🙏🙏
Kendrick right now knows that soooo many eyes are on him. And his popularity has never been so high and people will listen to what he has to say. So he is saying how he feels about so many things and putting it out there for everyone.
This man just challenged the whole industry and they gave him the biggest performer platform! Superbowl Halftime is about to be wild!
King kenny out here doing the father's job and teaching men to be men ❤
"It ain't 20v1, it's 1v20, if I gotta smack ninjas that write with you" - Euphoria.
Wonderful breakdown. Probably the best one I have seen!
This is not a Drake diss track, Kendrick told us that there is no second round. He’s addressing the wickedness of so-called influencers like DJ Akademics, with their lies & narratives.
