Rudra chamaka is different from Purisha suktha. Purusha suktham is about vishnu. Correct your video

The supreme being is Lord Shiva not Vishnu.And Purusha Suktam is for lord Shiva.Purusha means GOD(Generator,Operater,Destroyer)Lord Shiva is all three and that’s why he is the Supreme being.

“ virushabha shankaro Nithyam”

“Maa mabi vishnor janagam”

Meaning: bhrama said “ Hari and I was born from shiva”
“Shivo guru shivo vedaha shivo devaha”
- varaha upanishad( upanishad of Vaishnavam)
Meaning: varaha perumal said to ribu : shiva is guru shiva is veda shiva is the only god.
Note: narayana is also telling that shiva is god

1st is always parama shiva. Then what is answer of Vaishnava upanishad? . Here the answer. Vaishnava upanishad is mentioning only Rudra (also as shiva)who is 3rd place. Because sadashiva(top) is on fifth krithya. But vaishnavisham is only in range of last three krithya. In Gita Krishna also states that he is responsible for 3 krithya( creation, protection,destruction).
So Parama shiva is first.
“ SHIVATH BHARATHARAM NASTHI”

There is no one beyond shiva.
* Shiva Gita was said by shiva to Rama in Padma purana.
In that shiva said” bhrama Vishnu Mahesho (Rudra) aham”
Meaning: Bhrama Vishnu and Rudra is me.
So Rudra is third person but a stage of shiva.

- Patha mantram.
It states that shiva is god of Bhrama Vishnu and Rudra .
“அவன் இன்றி மூவரால் ஆவது ஒன்று இல்லை”
-திருமந்திரம்
Meaning: bhrama Vishnu and Rudra can’t do anything without shiva
“மூவரும் அருகிலர்”
-திருவாசகம்
Meaning : bhrama Vishnu and Rudra can’t able to find Shiva
“மூவருக்கு அருள் புரிந்து”
- தேவாரம்
Meaning: shiva gives bless to bhrama and Vishnu and Rudra
Here Rudra is third person

sada shiva is the supreme don't get confused between shiv shankar and sada shiv they both different and the gods brahma , vishnu and mahesh (shiv shankar) are tridev for earth ans these universe only there are sok many universes each has different gods but sada shiva is the one and only supreme you can not see him you can not touch him you can not smell him you can only feel him
