Yup , I just had my full body chiropractic visit on Tuesday & just today on Thursday I had my hour & a half deep tissue full body massage , went home got in a hot shower & took a 4 hour Power Nap , woke up at 4:30 pm fixed some dinner watch a bit of tv & took a muscle relaxer for my bad back & off to bed I,m going . I,ll be asleep by 8:30 on this cold rainy day . I,m going to put on my laser projector star show that projects on to my walls & ceiling set it for 2 hours & watch it as I fall asleep .
Love the technique, even if other comment pointed out it's not authentic enough because they're not intense enough, and severely lack of oil. I feel the entire massage waa super relaxing.
Sir, u have mentioned Indian head massage, but this is not a complete Indian head massage. I am an Indian, & u have visited India long time ago. Indian head massage r more intense & relaxing. Use of oil is frequent. U can call it a light version of Indian massage or Indian technique head massage but not a complete Indian head massage!
