I'm come from another country, your Videos were Brilliant, but I wonder some questions
    1. what is casestack mean?
    2. what is endcap mean?
    3. Why we have to check the Backroom first, and then go to the casestack and the last one is endcap. Can you explain the meaning of this?

Casestack is the stack of boxes shown at 1:50
They are stacked cases of product that is sometimes used as an in-store display, as shown in this video.
What he was demonstrating in the video was that sometimes an item that is out of stock on the main shelf may be available in another location. Thats why he first checked the backroom or storage area to see if there was any more of that item. There wasn't any so he took product from the bottom cases of the casestack to fill the empty spot on the shelf.
Endcaps are the shelves that are at the end of an aisle, which are usually used to display sale items or feature new products. They are called "endcaps" because they are at the end of aisles, therefore "capping" the aisle. A lot of times there is extra product there that you can use to stock the primary shelf location if necessary, as shown in the video.
I hope my explanation was clear and helped!
