That's like saying Hail The Sun is Circa Survive because Donovan sounds like Anthony Green, or that Erra is Saosin because Jesse sounds Like Cove Reber

Yeah just try to sing along to songs with high vocals, and if you can't hit the notes in your regular voice try to sing them in falsetto. You'll start to notice it get easier to sing high as the days go by. You definitely have to warm up your vocals before singing, and take 2 or 3 sips of room temperature water before singing each song. Don't squeeze your throat too much, just try to hit the notes by putting air into your stomach and pushing it out, but not too hard. Also record yourself singing on your phone a lot. At first you won't like your voice, but hearing your voice recordings will help you hear what things you want to change about your voice.

You'll definitely start to notice things about your voice that you didn't notice before, like a certain way to tweak your throat to get a certain pitch. Trust me you'll find what works for you the best. It'll get easier faster than you think. Just remember *sing softer in your high singing voice, than you do in your mid and low singing voice.*
