    Even if you cut the profit margin, the sellers still need to pay for the gear, envelope or box plus the postage. I think being polite and sincere is the best one can do when receiving free stuff. After talking with some reviewers I actually think some sellers really want a true unbiased review so they can actually sell good things to their clients and in a way also learn what is a decent sounding IEM. Mostly because they are the ones buying in bulk, so if they make a mistake they will lose money and clients. Being polite doesn't mean we are the sellers bitches. I see some reviewers almost giving ass to sellers so they can send truly expensive stuff for free.

    • @BadGuyGoodAudioReviews
      @BadGuyGoodAudioReviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +21

      LOL, yeah polite is good, and good sellers want good feedback.... some folks straight up kiss that azz though. This T2 set is a legit deal at it's price.

    Srsly the chinese give the established higher priced OEMs a run for their money, bought a pair of toneking t66s (6BA each side) amd it destroys a more expensive shure se535, paid 350 bucks and 30 for the upgrade cables, the sound and quality is overwhelming good oh btw you were right the fiio x7 mk 2 DOES sound better in balanced mode, single ended still sound good but the balanced man it's great

    Bought mine back in April and they've been pretty damn nice! Great to see these getting some (even) wider exposure.
    I really like how these can be worn cable down as well (did you try that out, btw?), and comfortably to boot - I've never quite liked the over ear cable style (wearing glasses is well enough stuff over my ears) and for some reason most MMCX cabled IEM tend to be shaped so they only work properly worn cable over ear.

    Damn. That's one heck of a positive review. I was considering these and I think you've just convinced me to buy them. Would these work for monitoring/production purposes?

    • @BadGuyGoodAudioReviews
      @BadGuyGoodAudioReviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I thought they had a dip in mids when listening to Aerosmith but not bad and played 2pac and bass slammed. Bass only there when in the master but maybe too unbalanced for production purposes

  • @Wingedmagician

    I wonder what you think of these now. Especially compared to the blon 03.

  • @Vlarceloff
    @Vlarceloff 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I had them and replaced the cable, but now the connection on the right channel is damaged. It will not produce audio unless I move the cable in a specific direction. Shame since I really liked them. I wonder if MMCX connections are weaker in general. Ended up replacing them with the Shozy Hibiki. Would recommend the T2's to anyone, but be careful with the connectors.

      can you comment about the isolation of the T2 and the SHozy Hibiki? the streets here are pretty noisy :c

    • @BadGuyGoodAudioReviews
      @BadGuyGoodAudioReviews  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I think T2 blocks out noise better because it is a earplug design basically. I actually run the cable correct left/right but switch the IEM because the cable toward front makes deeper insertion

    I don't have any iems anymore. Years ago I had a set of westone Um2 that I really liked. Lost them. I got a pair of RHA t10 and thought they'd be similar, but I hated them. Sound, fit, weight (they're also metal). Are you familiar with the RHA t10? Would these be better?

    Is it just me or are these a little power hungry? I find they need more power than my audio technica e40 but they have more detail than the e40s...while the bass is clear and present the e40s punch is better...but i find that these are smoother than e40s( joe walsh's tele solo on hotel california sounds harsh on the e40s but it's smooth on the t2s)...but yeah i find myself using volume around 58 on medium gain with my cayin n3 for the e40s but for the t2s i have to crank them up to about 65...i know there's an impedence diff(12 ohm vs 16ohm) but the clarity on the t2s are to die for really...budget chi fi is becoming a game changer

      It's subjective, to me Porta Pro have the perfect sound, and Tin T2 is not bad, but emphasized highs makes for uncomfortable listening. The build, cable and eartips are really good for the price, and sound signature would be nice if not the agressive highs.
