As you have explained in the CCL business, where the fixed asset has increased resulting in lower ROCE, what about the reverse case. That is what is the fixed asset is reduced gradually giving higher ROCE. For example NDTV. How to evaluate such business?
I did not understand the NWC part. Net Working Capital is (Current Assets - Current Liabilities). How can you only consider RM + Receivables - Payables, even if it is required for the core operations? Capital Employed is obtained from Debt + Equity which are the sources of long term funds. Their uses are for FA + NWC (CA-CL)..so I feel NWC is Total CA - Total CL..only then sources and uses of long term funds match. I am a big fan of your youtube channel btw, never missed a video. Keep up the good work..thanks for all you do!!

As you have explained in the CCL business, where the fixed asset has increased resulting in lower ROCE, what about the reverse case. That is what is the fixed asset is reduced gradually giving higher ROCE. For example NDTV. How to evaluate such business?

I did not understand the NWC part. Net Working Capital is (Current Assets - Current Liabilities). How can you only consider RM + Receivables - Payables, even if it is required for the core operations? Capital Employed is obtained from Debt + Equity which are the sources of long term funds. Their uses are for FA + NWC (CA-CL)..so I feel NWC is Total CA - Total CL..only then sources and uses of long term funds match.
