Hyva's 40 Tons Hyvalift Hookloader mounted on a GINAF X5250 TS 10x4 Truck, lifting a test container of 40.000kg. Due to the GINAF's HPVS (Hydropneumatic Vehicle Suspension ) full mutual compensation is offered by the rear axles, resulting in correct load distribution when lifting and transporting a container.
The Hyva Group is a leading global provider of innovative and highly efficient transport solutions for the commercial vehicle and environmental service industries. The company is committed to the development, production, marketing and distribution of components used in hydraulic loading and unloading systems on trucks and trailers. Its products are used worldwide across a range of sectors including transport, construction, mining, materials handling and environmental services providers.

I drove a hook loader for 15+ years. Never seen one with 5 axles. My Scanny pulled one on at 31t. Weighed in at 43. I knew it was heavy, but not that heavy. It was an interesting ride back to the yard

What should i look for when buying a hookloader, we have a 219Dlc around 21 tons with the bucket and we were thinking of transporting it on a hookloader because of access

@@keithx8734 The newer ones are governed on the lifting gear so you will need to test anything that's of interest. You will not find one now that pulled on like my Scanny. It was a 2004 model and for the ,life of me I cannot remember the name of the lifting gear. If I remember correctly they tend to weigh about 11 ton empty so pulling on a 21t load should be easy enough providing it's a 4legger 32ton. HYVA seemed to be popular. Beware that the .lifting gear can be older than truck. I have carried shredders etc that put at max weight and alter the centre of gravity. Beyond all this it's down to price and availability. Test everything good luck

@dionysos46 The system is designed to deliver containers at a site where a product is constantly produced. Let's say waste. But not enough to keep the dumptrucks coming in a row. So what you do is order an empty container and have it picked up when it's full. This way you don't need a shed to pile up your waste, you don't need an excavator to load the waste in a dumptruck and in fact, you don't need a truck yourself at all. Just call a container service.

Bad design. Tilts too much and bends the truck around. Gonna spill the load. Better trucks just slide it at less of an angle.

Well for me this is good enough
Because in my place they load like Shitt you only gone pity the truck..
And many truck here dont last longer because of overload or maybe bad design
