Covington is the root of my mother's side of the family. Many great childhood memories here when I visited my great grandmother. Also, my family is well known here. Huge family.

Having family ties to Covington I remember the smell when we visited as a youngster, but they cleaned it up a lot and I hardly notice it anymore...no more black soot everywhere!
My grand father worked at the paper mill for 43 years!
