Honestly old molten like old fallen being cannon could STILL work. To my knowledge this is how the life cicle of the molten goes: Form in volcano thanks to a shard of the cube that landed there, live and adapt to surroundings. Which in the case of TDS is full of conflict thanks to all the different parties scouring the earth for the shards, so the Molten were propably met with hostility by either the TDS or any other group as they need the shard to reproduce. Then after a Molten "dies" it is revived with providing the remains enough heat to melt the rock and reform or by bringing the remaining rocks back into the volcano. Also the Molten are highly adaptive. This also could explain how the Molten Monster works, with the TDS using their fragment to artificialy give life to fossils and heated rocks to form the beast. The Molten Boss could have gone on the offensive after seeing its bretheren attacked countless times, as the biggest and strongest in their species he brought a few of his kind with him. The Zombies most propably joining along the way because of his "boss" status and the fact he burns anything that touches him. After his defeat by the hands of TDS he could have been brought back to the volcano their species originates from by the remaining forces. As he Is revived, he adapts a much more agresive approach and begins conquering everything around him, effectively evolving into Molten Warlord. After all how can they steal the thing that gives them life if there is nothing left to steal it? After failing again, he explodes into pieces and the cycle begins anew. Interestingly enough after each revive he loses body heat as he is not melting the steel armor on him, or they made steel that resists heat to the extreme. (The demons could be corpses of their enemyies thrown into the volcano to make them "one of them")
My hrad canon is just that molten boss just went to hell and got some units got some gear and upgraded his army and studied the fallen kings army and changed their name
oh yeah, i forgot to put that in the frost invasion video, but experiment 32 might just be an experiment, since tds dint really look into it, but thnx tho!
