Some of us have a tough time with strong scents... allergies! So thanks for covering that aspect. I was thinking of the darker shades for my mom.. but don't want her to be wearing that smell either. If you were to do a 4 times a day wear test on one of the shades, that would be helpful. Thanks.

I have two of these and they are pigmented and long lasting, but I feel the same about the scent of these - it is incredibly strong and not like the classic Loreal scent, but like weird super floral old lady perfume. The colors are stunning and it feels like heaven gliding on to the lips, but I am struggling with buying all the colors I want because of the smell.
Really great swatch video! The only reason I stopped buying drugstore lipstick since a very long time is they usually have a scent I cant stand. Although I do like higher end brand scented lipsticks like mac, actually love its scent. Iam sad they still have unbearable cheap scent, hope someone figures it out at loreal & maybelline
Maybelline lipsticks don't have a strong scent but I cannot stand loreal lipsticks. Only loreal color riche balms in the silver packaging has no scents.
I love the 173 nu impertinent shade on you! I have that one myself and I enjoy the formula of these, but I agree the smell is a lot. I will use this up, but wont be repurchasing just based on the scent alone.
176 is gorgeous. 177 is stunning. 179 is beautiful. 171 looks like MAC Creme Cup. I was thrown off by the “Nu” descriptor. I was expecting a lot of flesh or skin tones. Maybe it is so sheer it looks nude? The original L’Oréal lipstick scent was sort of almond like. Is that what you smell? Everyone hates that smell.
That's it! I'm not a fan of the almond scent. I think Loreal was trying to be fancy by adding "Nu" before the actual shade names. I prefer they stick to the numbers instead of naming the shades.

I only wanted to point out that these type of scentes (like Chanel number 5) were read as elegance, but know are infortunately asociated with oldness in their worst connotations.
