I am in a tough spot and 444 has been with me this whole time. I am beginning to accept the reality of an angelic realm looking out for me and not feeling so alone.

Thelma Hi Did u know that insomnia is also the cause of lack of Vitamin B ( reason why the heart gets enlarged too). So ditch those energy drinks red bull. Monster, etc. Start eating cereals, fruit, veg. Almond milk, goats milk.sounds, nuts , seeds ( not apple pips which may b harmful to health). Insomnia is also caused by over thinking and stress level going up high. If you have high blood pressure please start bathing with salt and start eating fruits as this helps to lower blood preassure. love n light from the sister you never had from England. Peace out. Later that day I was feeling down and thinking if what I'm doing is worth all the effort, and then rememberd that 444 and The "YES". I’ve been seeing 444 before and right now that I’m currently talking to this guy. It is so nerve wracking, I’m scared to open up to him and be vulnerable. He is the very same way. We can feel that we have strong feelings towards each other but we want to take our time getting to know each other. I want to be in a relationship already but he isn’t ready yet. Which I understand, I rather take things really slow. Since during my last relationship from 4 years ago was very rushed. I told myself that I will never do that again. I'm 44 years old and I just ran across this video and have had this number reoccurring since I was 19 years old. I am writing this comment without watching the video first to see if there is any coincidence. It first started when I got in trouble and was incarcerated for 16 months and I would wake up every day at 444 without setting the alarm clock etc etc. I mean every day or it felt like it. I took it as a sign. I've dealt with alot of people dying in my life starting with my best friend at 16. I till this day still have this happen, or it happens in a different manor which I could go on and on about. I also have had light poles/street lights that have been either going off or they would turn on early or late when it's dark. It will only be one and it will do it once while I'm driving(I'm a truck driver). That happens almost daily for the last 20+years. I always take it as a loved one saying hello in the morning or that their there. Sometimes I'll wave and say hello, that sounds weird but when weird things happen, you know. Now I'm going to watch the video and see if 444 has any meaning for me or if it's hogwash and it's just a common reoccurring number.

I’ve been seeing 444 before and right now that I’m currently talking to this guy. It is so nerve wracking, I’m scared to open up to him and be vulnerable. He is the very same way. We can feel that we have strong feelings towards each other but we want to take our time getting to know each other. I want to be in a relationship already but he isn’t ready yet. I'm 44 years old and I just ran across this video and have had this number reoccurring since I was 19 years old. I am writing this comment without watching the video first to see if there is any coincidence. It first started when I got in trouble and was incarcerated for 16 months and I would wake up every day at 444 without setting the alarm clock etc etc. I mean every day or it felt like it. I took it as a sign. I've dealt with alot of people dying in my life starting with my best friend at 16. I till this day still have this happen, or it happens in a different manor which I could go on and on about. I also have had light poles/street lights that have been either going off or they would turn on early or late when it's dark. It will only be one and it will do it once while I'm driving(I'm a truck driver). That happens almost daily for the last 20+years. I always take it as a loved one saying hello in the morning or that their there. Sometimes I'll wave and say hello, that sounds weird but when weird things happen, you know. Now I'm going to watch the video and see if 444 has any meaning for me or if it's hogwash and it's just a common reoccurring number.
