Bro the respective guest still is not as competitive as he seems to be we do have tools like pigma I.O and jarvis for product hunting on daraz and the hunted products can be sold on fb and insta too if we have good sourcing other than the rest of the competitors and the other things he said doesn't work here in pakistan here people doesn't give a shit about the branding and packaging, people here mainly concerned with the quality of the products and maybe for some people it's branding and quality of products both which engage them to retain while in the rest of the mass cases of majority they don't give a shit to the branding, and when he said customer support to build a brand like giving customer return policy, bro I have been in this business and lost a lot of rupees doing that here you can't do it because here the customer is more abusive than the seller, customer can return your product because of the mind change, if you have given a time span let suppose 7 days to change the product they will use your products for 6 days and on the 7th day they will return your product, not only I myself has tried and burnt my money in this shit but also, I have worked in the organisation called yayvo which failed mainly due to customer abuse seller were tired due to huge quality of returns by the customers their policy was to return in 14 days customers were using the products and on the 14th day the products were returned to yavvo many suppliers left yayvo due to this shit one of my friend is selling PlayStation on daraz he sold PlayStation and on the next it was returned by customer with some other product and even daraz was not believing on the seller by saying you might have done something wrong we can't claim this on customer, daraz must have a scanning machine to see what seller is sending to customer and what customer is returning back to them. In conclusion seller is more aggressive and and abusive and cheater then the delivery company or the suppliers
