I'm like everyone in this culture who is hard to impress because they are over-saturated with amazing content. But, straight up, I'm impressed by all 90 minutes of this.
Every question, every answer, ridiculously well formulated and on point. Just wow. Gonna watch this again and take notes. Thank you.

This is so highly inspiring; I liked the 'humanness' aspect to what Gary was saying here, we want to see other people for being people, with our weaknesses, insecurities, worries, fears, troubles etc... The things that partly define us as being human, as opposed to just what we think other people would like to see us as. Also not being afraid, just to get out there and start plugging your self... Like the old Cliché goes, and Nike trademark, JUST DO IT. And big huge thanks to Chase Jarvis for putting these together. And of course just being Chase Jarivs, NAILED IT!! Both of you Kick Ass and get a big round of applause from myself.

Love the books so far. Keep giving us those jabs. Gary Vaynerchuk is just too cool.
I have to tell you that as big as #AskGaryVee is and as HUGE as Gary himself is, I didn't know him or the name just 2 years ago. Since discovering him (through the aide of my business partner Lev Shalomayev) I've become a huge fan of the work. Today I consider Gary a friend, a confidant and a true pioneer in everything that is new in business and marketing. Being in Real Estate in New York City's super noisy marketplace, it is refreshing to be able to offer something new and innovative to my clients.
By the way dude, the new book #AskGaryVee is something I lend to my clients to read. I give them a week to take in as much as possible and then when they come back asking if they can have another week, I respectfully apologize and tell them I have someone waiting for it. I then give them the names of all of Gary's books and recommend they purchase all of them and read them. Remember I said these are my clients. They love that I am not only focused on talking to them about real estate, but rather that we can have a conversation about good books, great information, personal growth, community, business development, AWESOME NEW YORK CITY FOOD, our pets, the latest music trends, etc. As a matter of fact, I got to use Gary with a client. My knowledge of wine is limited to the fact that I prefer red wine and absolutely love Malbec, and my father-in-law makes some awesome homemade wine. So when a client came in with his condescending attitude about wine, I put him in his place by putting him on to wine library. I embellished and told him Gary and I hang out and he was very impressed. He's bought all of Gary's books, AND he's given me 4 buildings to sell. Not bad. I'm bringing all of this up because I'm loving the whole JAB, JAB, JAB, JAB, JAB conversations that lead to the RIGHT HOOK. It's especially interesting when I get to knock it down and get the business just by throwing jabs, never having to hit them with the right hook (ask for the business). They are so dizzy with all the stuff I've given them that they offer ME listings.
Anyway Chase, thanks for posting this great interview. It may be from 3 years ago, but it is still relevant to today's market place. I loved your Seth Godin and Austin Kleon interviews as well. I have lots more to watch. Keep them coming dude, keep them coming!

I think this concept of give give give ask is extremely fascinating and obviously profitable, especially as long as (like, I believe Gary points out in this interview) so many people/businesses are NOT embracing it. So the two main take aways for me were
    1. Staying ahead of the curb by actually just "doing the thing"(that wasn't a Gary V. Quote but i feel it's fitting for this conversation!) and
    2. Patience.
Thanks for sharing this I got a s!#t load of value!
