Hi ruby,Idea to Include Tally is good, and also to implement certain quality of articleship is necessarily required. There must be certain level of articleship firms. Every practicing ca can not be employer , there must be some benchmark.

Sir aapki last baat mere dil ko chu gyi, m bhi bohot years se yahi sochti hu ki itna pen paper se likhwane ki jagah system se exam lo na jese itt ka lete ho, 50% paper rakho MCQ and open book bhi rakho jisme material aap system p khud hi provide kr do soft copy m, case study based questions puchho, direct na puchho, toh cheating ka scope h nhi, toh exactly jo kaam kr rhe h exam bhi vesa ho hoga

Being a female as an article assistant is really worst case scenario, we need to do work only at office if at any point of time due dates are meet and we got time then we are doing administration or clerical work, and always in office till late hours, and didn't get any opportunity to see the world outside, and hamare office ka toh simple scene tha aapko kaam m help ya samjhaya bs raat k 12 bje k baad jayega, or jin male article ko sikhaya gya h usko 2 min ka bhi time Mt do baaki ko batane k liye jo waha nhi tha unko

Sir Sorry but I am not satisfied with Ruby Ma'am regarding due date of Income Tax because we have sufficient time for Audit. Department doesn't say that you conduct audit after due date of individual return filing. You can make planning for conducting the Audit. And secondary 3 years Articleship is also very important for growth of career as well as mind. This is my opinion. All have different opinion. If you have not satisfied then it's Ok. Thanks.
