Tbh Hayato got the shaft for *years* before he was FINALLY revamped, he needed like 18k STR to reach 2mil-2mil while some other warrior-classes only needed as low as 12k. I say he deserves being op for a while.

They are still random, but after Nova update you'll only get skills of job only.
