Question Malika, I understand that some spouses of H1B visas can work on a H4 visa, what category of workers do the H4 holders fall in?
If the H1 holder has applied for a grencard and have reached the point where their work permit has come through, it is at that point that the h4 holder can also get to work cause he or she would have authorization to work
