Ingredients:-
Chicken-1 kg
onion- 4 medium size(chopped)
Tomato- 4 medium size (chopped)
Ginger- 2 inch (grated)
Garlic- 2 tbsp (grated)
Black cardamom- 2
green cardamom- 4
cinnamon stick-1
cloves- 4
Chilly powder- 2 tsp
coriander powder- 2 tsp
turmeric- 1 tsp
salt- 1½
mustard oil- 4 tbsp
fenugreek leaves - 1tbsp
