I would have loved to train like this when I played for the firecrackers but my coach didn’t do anything like it and it kinda makes me sad bc this looks like so much and I would have loved to train like this
Good stuff. However the point of contact drill was wrong... that drill disconnects the hitter... hands push out top hand is no longer strong... bottom hand /arm is leaked out. If u don’t know what I mean🤷🏽♂️ sorry this here game isn’t for u.
