Maybe the lazer could vaporize strong npcs while it just put a hole on weak npcs that make them roll around in agony for awhile then the hole seal itself back up. That’s the type of chaotic timing he be on.

Are the voice lines and bill leaving if you hit his eye enough gonna be constantly enabled or can you disable them? It would be nice if he didn't start talking to the pines family every time or leaving of you end up hitting him too much when playing with him. Also, an option for the laser eye to turn people into gold instead of destroying them would be neat.

Here’s a good idea you should have his deal, ability and character shake his hand, and then Bill possess The body of the person that he shook hands with, and hope you’re floating soul.
idea. if a living creature is asleep, get bill and place it near their head and bill will enter the persons dream (like in mindescapers), there's a mod like this that exists forgot the name but if a person is knocked out they can dream, so maybe play with that idea (I think it would be really cool) ((baby bill))
