I'm kinda confused with Celestial alignment. When I use it I have to point it out with squarish pointer. But in your case you just using it and all mobs have Stellar Flare dots. how you doing that?
Overall a pretty worthless "rework" eh? The gain of a couple of talent points is nice, but feels pretty awful when it's a net loss to ST and AOE. And, the gameplay still doesn't feel great, on top of all the shiny new talents being bad. Here's to hoping they beef up the new talents and consider giving us some damage back on Nature's Grace, or more buffs to maybe Fury or New Moon to spice things up.
When balance druids work they always have to mess the things up, taking away all the fun. Same happened from S2 to S3 of Dragonflight. On top of that they basically remove and put back into the rotation stellar flare and new moon, not so exciting.

agreed. it feels clunky af with all the extra buttons, all for what? a nerf to dps and the satisfaction of play is absent as well
