This is insane and amazing; Tetris to me has always been one of those games that would just keep getting faster and faster until the player loses - congrats.
The speed at Level 29 is the fastest speed the game goes. No matter how far you play, it doesn't get faster. Prior to the Hypertapping and Rolling techniques being pioneered, Level 29 ended games. Holding the left and right arrows in the traditional playstyle that you or I would use, Level 29 is impossible to get pieces to the far left and right more than 1 or 2 rows at the bottom. In fact, prior to Joseph changing the scene towards Hypertapping in 2018, Level 30 had only been reached maybe 3 times in the game's history, and only by setting up an 8-deep column in the center during Level 28 before the final speed increase, and then the game's RNG had to give the player 2 I-pieces to get 2 Tetrises, plus a couple more lines after that. It was just not feasible to do consistently because of the game's brutal RNG.

A lot of people can't understand why "beating a 40 year old game" is as big of a deal as it is. It is not about "is this even a news or not" it is about a human winning over a machine which is supposedly immune to physical and mental exhaustion. It gives a positive sign that future is still Human.
beat the machine by playing like a machine, so how is future still human when you become like a machine, this is like women becoming great wrestler at level of men by being strong and powerful like men and then losing their femininity and then claiming that a woman can do it, well the question remains then can a woman be called a woman without her femininity, so in truth really a man won the wrestling match, similarly here a human didn't win it but a human who played it like a machine did and hence in truth a machine beat another machine.

So glad he is playing Nintendo. Every child should always start at the bottom. It is the ONLY way they value anything. Sadly, there are far too many parents who want them to have the best everything. Most of these parents say, 'I don't want my kid to suffer like I did' And that is poor parenting. A child does not understand how you suffered. So, you're giving them all this to make yourself "feel" better. They don't know any better. This is why we have so many spoiled and entitled kids in this country. They don't know what it feels like to start at the bottom. They don't value clean water. They don't value their home. They don't value nice clothes. They don't value a running car. They don't value food. They just take it for granted. They learn very early to be completely dependent on others to provide for them. And people wonder why kids today are pretty useless, entitled, lazy and have bad attitudes.

@@keneatstheworld hand eye coordination is a memory skill that is learned and repeat. Don’t know what you’re talking about boomer? Not a boomer 😂
@@benproffitt5957 don't you know about CNS and PNS? Sure biology was taken seriously back in those days. Mr old man!
@@keneatstheworld your immaturity shows with lack of discussion skills. Take it from someone trained in physics and science. I don’t use technical terms out of respect that everyone can understand. Reflex is yet another thing to consider which is also learned memory but is a bit of a beast to master. This is why the majority cannot complete these games. They are just to slow. I highly compliment the boy for his trained skill but it would really be a prodigy story if he had played the game for the first time and defeated it without training. This type of skill is rare but does exist.
@@benproffitt5957 womp womp! Cry about it.....old man. Let's play online chess... I dare you! But don't cry after losing *several* times...
This is how you report the news without belitting a 13 year old kid unlike some "women".
I could listen to you her talk about Tetris for hours
Kudos to him, 👏
congratulation kid. This now makes me think everything is possible now.
kudos to the willis kibson to break the tetris this game really gets faster and faster as one proceeds the level and become very hard to puzzle the falling blocks and continue doing that.
Always believed the newer and younger would surpass the older generation on top of what elders have built. Super 👌 👍
Wow, well explained and researched!
Great Reporting ! Wouldn't expect anything less from this news reporter 🫶
So we found our boy who will defeat skynet one day.
Once again we India must thanking Sharma ji for her very great reporting of very true news that is always approving by our very great BJP government! While west media full of fake and anti-India news PM Modi ji always ensuring we get very true news only! Hoping this year we India will throw more bad reporters in jail ensuring only very great ones like Sharma ji allowing to talk!! Jai Hind!!!
She has amazing summarising skills.
Maybe she is a Samurai !!😉🥷🥷
Best reporting! Thank you!

Exceptional feat...
Standing ovation!!!
This is the kind of news pieces that makes you feel awesome to be human all glory be to God
i struggled a lot with tetris. this kid must have had thousands of failures
Congratulations..... As a Gamer (not Gaymer) I'm proud of him. Happy for him.
YES THANKS FOR EXPLAINING .THIS IS SO MUCH BATTER THAN THAT OTHER LADY THIS CHANNEL NEED A RAISE
world media take note. this is how you do news.
Damn, the explanation was so perfect....
"And build our blocks towards victory." Well this was one well written report.
Great motivational speech for today .
Everything in life has it's own motivation. And your motivation should not be playing games. Be good with your dying thing, boomer! 😂😂
That's an impressive showcase of journalism here.Im a fan
Little guy got some awesome motor and space skills
I beat this I think 1999 or early 2000s. Whoa! Little did I know I had done something wonderful. I am sure there must have been others like me may be. Congrats to this teen anyway. Good Job 👍🏼
Yours is comparatively a higher achievement then. Consols were not as user-friendly as they are now.
@@pranjalfrompurwa Thank you🤝. It is like the case of a stick shift back then and Electric cars nowadays
@@xsautoconnect64 do you both understand that it was done one NES?
sure - maybe you did finish the some knock off version of tetris that has a baby mode of "you did good enough, here is win screen - be happy"
dumass he beat game with new controller handling technique which allows more then 20 click oer second
btw game crashes at level 29 but he reach 157 level
I think @pranjalsingh3117 is just factoring in the difrerent generalities between the time periods. Eventhough he mentioned user-friendliness of the consoles, the IQ and exposure of an average child nowadays is higher... sure that is what he means. He is not trying to belittle the outstanding achievement of this smart teen in anyway as insinuated.
Like I said earlier, I respect this kid and hope to shake his hand one day. I may have done it back then. Others I don't even know may have done it also and don't even have the chance to happily comment like I am doing now after realizing it was something wonderful they did. But this teen is the one who even has the screen recorded which is something we could not do back then.
PALKI! THAT REALLY TOOK A TURN😂
FROM GAME TO AI...
Good message.... At the end..
