I'd forgotten how crowded it gets when a cat is spotted. I went to Mme Dinare in Botswana in February, we had 2 whole days of being the only jeep in the conservancy and had some fabulous sightings. As no other trucks to do the spotting, it was following paw prints . I can highly recommend- 4 cheetah brothers , a whole pack of painted dogs (a first for me), lions, and the rest. Even a small wild cat. The leopards as usual proved elusive. Highly recommended if you get the chance.

Dave Mani you guys you have travelled all over Kenya safaris and it’s always positive.Iam super scared of black mambas and cobras esp night camping like that.Have you not encountered one scary moment either in your tent or along a pathway???I think you should do a video of scary moments .
This will break your hearts!...Amboseli elephants facing existential danger after Tanzania okeyed trophy hunting of elephants on the TZ side. Since the whole of Amboseli and Kilimanjaro ecosystem is the natural habitat for these gentle giants, their migration to Tz side is now under fatal consequences. Already the Kenyan side has petitioned the Tz govt and other influential conservation voices to put that cruel form of tourism where folks pay to hunt,kill and extract trophies from these beautiful wildlife.
I have one question ,how do manage to stay productive , what is the secret ? editing videos ,replying to comments doing all that is not easy especially if you have another full time job , I have a full-time job and after work I have no energy at all ,what can I do to be productive like you guys ? How did you manage switching from full time job to youtube work .I do shift work and I find it difficult to do anything after work ,what do I need to do to stay motivated to do extra after work . In my case I am building an app that is 90% complete but since I started shift work ,it has become very difficult to do anything extra after work.
That is a hard one haha and sadly I don't have the best answer. I do it by just doing it! I work Monday to Friday and edit every evening. We go out every weekend and day off to film and we just make it happen. We are simply very motivated and working toward a common goal of making this a full time thing. After worker on average 80hrs a week for 4 years between my work and my side hustle, we built something kind of strong enough to support us as a full time job.
Long feedback alert - As a long term viewer I find myself skipping thru your videos these days, which I know it’s because I can almost tell everything the format breakfast-room-safari-room-review or some slight variation. I know it’s y’all’s business and there’s a format to how I want it to be. I think, judging by what people like to see, it would be more interesting on a continuum if there was more human interaction. 4yrs of Safari I’ve never heard a Safari guide’s Pov. A owners pov. Other content creators pov (on your channel) . Something interesting. People wanna see people. Most these properties so many of your subscribers cannot afford so ultimately there isn’t a lot to look forward to anymore. Still people would still watch if there was a bit of a relatable angle to it catering to them. If you go to Switzerland, I wouldn’t be interested one bit to see some property in Switzerland. I however would be interested to see you speak to a Kenyan in Switzerland in the property business about their life there AND the property. Anyways like what y’all do. I hope you can consider sum different along those lines. Ps - forgive the long read. Ps also - Feedback not criticism. Good luck!
You're right, the videos are starting to be all the same and this is why we are leaving Kenya. The goal is to tell new stories and do less property reviews. We can't wait! :)

Since it's now your full time job, I know you have to do the property for income sake but you can do both the property and hone the story so that you're giving your audience the best of both worlds. And I'm not talking just cameos I'm talking amore collaborative approach where sitting down with other creators, characters etc finding different angles every so often to make the channel a more interesting watch. The sunsets the foods the wine can go to the socials. All the best!
