In this review, we take a look at the Invicta model 17204. It's an aviator-style chronograph. Clearly there's a lot going on here. Find out all of the good, the bad, and the "decent" this watch has to offer, as well as why I find the chronograph in this watch to be almost useless.

I have this watch in red. Having a medium size wrist I had to remove 4 links. They were quite stubborn; I broke 3 pins on my screw in
type press(pin extractor). Had to resort to pin-punch and brass hammer! My other Invicta watches are similar. This watch is quite a
bit thicker (17mm!) than I expected but not a deal breaker, after all, it is an Invicta. I like this watch :) By the way, I use the chronograph
all the time: cooking, laundry,etc.
Just got mine last week i had to adjust the bracelet i used a tool kit i bought from Amazon its an awesome looking watch for the money its heavy and feels like premium quality and it keeps perfect time
I have this watch. The hour and minute hands are hard to see in certain low light conditions.
I bought my first invicta 17204 aviator for $48. I like the look and feel of it.
That's what's most important honestly, is whether or not YOU enjoy looking at it / wearing it. Thanks for sharing your experience with it.
Great score where did u get it at that price tag?
Invictas are in the beater category, they look nice, but are cheap enough if someone tries to steal it, you won’t cry about it. I get more complements with them than I do with my cosmograph, which boggles my mind. Anyway I bet you when assembling this watch, the didn’t get that chrono hand aligned correctly, if it was uncased and removed and repositioned I bet it would resolve the issue.
Here's one for you -- the Invicta Akula Russian Diver GMT/Alarm Model 6159. This is one of the more rare Akulas and has a confusing setting routine. Could you review this one?

Question. Since the entire watch comes off the band when the screws are removed, couldn’t you just get other finishes for the same watch and swap them out? Sort of a slow as fuck way to get your swatch on?

Is the compass for show?
no functional compass. But there are youtube videos on how to use your watch as a compass!
I’ve heard that Invicta’s Customer Service is horrible if you’re having problems!
I can't personally lend an opinion on it. I've never dealt with them.
I don't know about before, but I called a couple days ago and they were very helpful. Had to get a price adjustment on something I bought where that price had dropped after I bought it. They gave me a store credit.
