Yes, you need to go the tech tree and unlock it, then you can buy it normally, but you don’t need pickaxe you can use crowbar.

You can only get 4 rp a day. Also you can tell if you will get rp from a crystal. If it’s rounder and darker than other crystals then you have a chance to get rp or a box but usually rp
