I must accept a regimen...PREPARED PLAN 2 manage my hair. It seems so simple but when I move forward...I’m blank ( 🤷🏽♀️what do I do 4 my hair this week?...time goes by) then find myself responding 2 shedding or extreme dryness! U have layed out a plan 4 ME (more than 1 time now) & I’m looking @ it with the audacity to think ‘Ohhhh yeah, I can do that’....currently I have extreme dryness because I haven’t started ur plan YET that I’m certain I saw immediately after my 8/14 relaxer! Awwghh! approx 10 wks post relaxer. Thanks 4 continuing 2 share. It is a kick in the pants 2 get started!!

Thank yo for this video! I just had a small set back due to my stylist overdoing it with protein. Even though she was balancing it with moisture my hair still couldn't handle all the protein.
I get the Erin Condren 2 yr planner and I love it. It's the best planner I've owned and I have tried a lot. Are you serious about the olaplex video?! How did anyone get hung up on words that are coming from a professional, lol. I thought it was very well done and detailed. Planning by the season is interesting, I live in FL, the land of barely a season except hot. Great video 💜

I'm on the upper East Coast and I have all 4 seasons so I have to plan accordingly 🙃. "Land of barely a season except hot"🤣😂 tfw💕
