when you see the two fighters touching hand in the last round , it means that they agree who the winner is, the fighter who think he have done enough to win present his hand to the other fighter and if the latter touch his hand, it means that he agree that his opponent won, so in this case Petboonchu knew he was loosing so he agreed to touch his opponent hand, so there is no doubt here of who was the winner. I know Thai muay thai scoring is very intricate, but in this case there is nothing to argue about because both fighters agree about the decision
