I'm all for made in America but next to us Japan is the closest thing your going to get. There is a since of real pride found in Japan that sadly it's hard to find here. I bought 12lb p-line floro and ever 2 fish I had to re tie and strip 15 feet of line off because there was so much abrasion! I went back to mono line and have had no issue

I remember a time when all there was was mono and I watched Bill dance and Roland martin crush bass fishing 14lb mono all day long! Me personally I use Floro and Mono and zero braid. they are the only 2 I will ever need.

My 30 pound braid has snapped twice now. One on a 2 pound bass and another time when casting a lipless. Kinda mad grrr still like it tho cause it’s smoother than butter

Am I the only person in the world that uses nothing but braid? The only time I don't is trout fishing on an ultralight or flyfishing. I prefer braid with topwater especially with buzzbait and that's my favorite all time lure.

I just put 20mono on me reel and 15lb leader got my new PB77.52LBS Murray cod went back 4days. went back to the spot not bit for monster most of the night then the first to 3 tuners of the handle then 100lb+ but this time!!!!!!! but 50lb braided to 30 monolb lost the most biggest cod I have seen!! getting the 77lb was good fun 4 to 6kg rod if I had birded line on I think would broke. thinks with the mono and the soft rod got the 77.52lb of cod In I bank fisherman start to use good mono like kastking will set you up with what you need.do USE BRAIDED LINE ON THE BANK.
